How quickly will you have a technician dispatched to my location?

We can usually have a tech out to you the same day or the next day.

How much does your service cost?

We offer different service options: Flat fee, hourly rate, block rate plans and monthly subscriptions

How qualified are your on site technicians?

Our technicians handling support have 10-15 years of computer repair & support experience and carry a variety of industry certifications. 

How long it typically takes to solve a problem?

Our repair work typically takes about 48 hours from the time of drop off. Most computers are returned in 72 hours.

Is your work guaranteed?

We will always work with you to make sure you’re satisfied with our work. If you ever have a question or concerns over a service, our customer satisfaction team is ready to make sure you are happy with your service.

Please understand the volatile nature of computers, and that some problems can be recurring but not necessarily due to poor service on our part. For example, some computers are re-infected with the same virus or spyware after a user repeats the same actions that got the system infected in the first place.

If you have services performed and are not happy with the results, we will work with you to complete the job to your satisfaction.

Do you work on Mac?

We support both Windows and Mac. Our remote service does handle limited Mac repairs.
